Emma was a lover of long distance running before suffering an injury, which meant she had to temporarily hang up the trainers! Emma thought she wouldn’t be able to find an exercise she LOVED to do again. That was until her first hot yoga class!!
Having worked in banking complaints for 14 years, she decided on a change in career and completed her Hot Yoga Teacher Training in 2017. Since then, Emma has been teaching various classes for us here at Sweat Society, from Bikram to Vinyasa.
Emma teaches her regular candle light restorative yoga class on the schedule twice a week and It’s a MUST visit for that precious YOU time
