Are you a local new mum looking to get back into exercise?  Want to find a supportive group of mums to be part of your journey - and be able to bring your baby along to the sessions with you? Look no further than our Mum Club classes. Mum Club is taken by our pre & post natal qualified PT Anna and Georgia who takes th Pe & Post natal Pilates. The classes are a mixture of Cardio & strength with Anna & Reformer & Mat Pilates with Georgia.  You can join at any time from once you’ve had your 6 week GP check up until your baby is crawling. We have mats here but you’re welcome to bring a bouncer, toys or anything else you carry in - we’re always on hand to help too.
