Second Floor
On the second floor is where it gets real sweaty!
Here you’ll doing Strength, Sweat, Spin, Personal & small group training such as Push, Pull & legs.
Each floor has toilet facilities and the first floor houses our changing rooms as well as our therapy room and chill out area for you to enjoy and coffee, catch up on work or friends!
